Setting up a windows 2003 VPN server

I am looking for an SOP or detailed documentation on how to create a VPN server for Windows 2003. The server I want to use resides behind a router and firewall if that makes any difference. I am only going to need the VPN server to support less than 12 users total. Screen shots would be very helpful.
