Setting up computer with Modem and Home Gateway

Hi, i have a situation here. I have Netgear Wireless ADSL2 + Modem Router DG834G and Linksys Wireless-G ADSL Home Gateway and running on WIndows Vista 32 with 2 ethernet card installed in my pc.

I want to know how to how i set up my pc to become the server so all the connection is running from my computer to be able to access internet. I plan to did :
1. Connect my Netgear to my pc and set up the connection to internet (Successful)
2. Connect my Linksys to my other ethernet slot, and connect the other people to the Linksys but unsuccessful.

Can anyone help me please how to set these up. Thanks
