setting up DNS Server in 08

Hey folks, i am learning the Server 08 and AD. i have installed AD successfully but i can’t figure out how to setup up DNS server. what ip of primary DNS server should i provide. is it the one of my own LAN card connecting to router or is it the address of my ISP DNS server. i m confused about this please help me out.
