Setting up domain

Hi,

I am trying to setup a domain on a stand alone Windows 2003 server without much success. Is there any step-by-step guide available that I can use to set up domain please?

Also whenever I type ‘ipconfig’ in the command window I get ‘Media disconnected’ error message.
Any idea how to resolve this?
