Setting up forms with an Access back end

I’d like to create an intranet page that will capture data from forms and allow queries from an Access database. Anyone have any suggestions? About 3 years ago or so Microsoft had a similar example on their site for a billing application but I can’tfind it. Thanks for any suggestions you have.
