Setting up Netgear WGR614 v6 Wireless Router

I’m having trouble setting up my wireless router (model described in the title).

I followed the instructions given on the SmartWizard CD that came with the router, and yet no internet connection could be detected. However, the lights on my router indicating internet connection and LAN connections are lit up. I don’t understand the problem.

By the way, I can’t even reach the address of my router, “http://192.168.0.1”.
