Setting up new PDC

There is one PDC in our network.
We are going to install a new PC on our network and make this computer a PDC and then remove a former PDC from domain.

I’m going to do the following:
1. Install a new PC as BDC.
2. Promote a new PC to PDC (thiswill cause denotion of former PDC to BDC).
3. Remove new BDC (which is former PDC) from domain.
Is it all right.
