Setting Up Servers

Hi,
I’m to setup a server but I don’t have a deep knowledge in setting it up can you please assist me with the following parameters I’m supplying:
Server Type: Compaq Proliant ML370 Intel
PentiumIII 1GHz/133

Server Purpose: E-mail, File Exchange, File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Note that the network is just LAN.

Number of Worksations: 35

Operating System: Windows NT4

Switch: 24 port 3COM switch

Please note that, I’ve already done the wiring and I’ve installed the operating sytem but what is my next step in configuring the server?
