Setting up small business

I need some help setting up a small business computer network I think…I have 10 computer all with XP, I have a T1 line Cisco Router through ATT, 2 laser printer and 1 dotmatrix printer. Are accounting and order entry software is provided by Kramer-Smilko. I have a switch and a router. I would like to setup this with as little money as possible. I’m some computer knowledge. Hope all this helps, please let me know if need any more information.
