Setting up Syslogging

I am trying to set up our hardware firewall to save it’s logging onto our SBS2003 server. We have a Watchguard Firebox Soho6 firewall which gives the option to enable syslog output to a specified IP address.

What is required at the server side to make this work? The Watchguard manual is hopeless!
