setup rules on exchange 2k?

we have exchange 2k on win2k adv srvr with sp4.

now i have 3 mailboxes on my server.

AAA, which is used remotely
CCC

I want to setup a rule on my exchange server such that any
mails from AAA with the subject line “REPORTS” and/or
attachment name “REPORTS.DOC” be also delivered to CCC
irrespective to whom it is sent to in the organisation.

how do i do this & how do i setup this rule
