Setup VPN on Vista for SSH

Are there instructions somewhere as to how to setup VPN on a PC with Vista? I have a SSH server (CopSSH) on the PC, and I can connect via PuTTY and proxy everyting via Proxifier, but I want a VPN setup on the PC so I can tunnel software that primarlly uses UDP protocols (Ventrilo)
