Shadow Copy Protect and Backup Exec 10d

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help.
We are running a Windows SBS 2003 R2 Server with Backup Exec 10d SP3 installed and are having trouble with jobs failing due to Shadow Copy Components – A failure occurrred accessing the object list.

We have spoken to our local Synmantec Support and they indicated trying a few things – if that didn’t work then it was an MS issue – tried MS and they want to chargeb for the support – which is not the issue – however they cannot guarentee that they can fix the issue…

Can anyone help…
