share an e mail account in exchange server with out look

i am using outlook in my office, in this my company mail server is a exchange server (my mail account in exchange server).
in this there is no option of leave a copy.

we have the option of using through out side net but i am unable to see the mails which already downloaded in outlook.

Pl give me the soluation if any
