Share drive problem in win2k3 domain

Hi,
i have shared folders on my server hard disk and mapped those folders on clients pc running windows xp professional but sometimes the mapped drive is not accessible. it shows error”an error occured while connecting “S”(mapped drive)drive.
please help me to resolve this problem
