Share Network Services

I am running a network with 15 computers all IBM pre-installed with windows2000.

1-I have managed to connect all of them on the network and can use some of their services like printers but I can no see them.

2-I owuld like to see them, the problem is not to do with sharing as they are all shared, it seems more to do with security policies.

Any ideas???
