Share printer doesn,t work properly in windows Domain Solution?

Hi,

We have one Windows 2003 server domain setup in that some 25 users are there. We have four shared printers(printer is connected to the users pc) in the network.All users are used to take a printout from the shared printers.

But many time we are facing printing problem, like printer is not ready, or printer is not accessible even printer is on and idle. If we refresh the printer 7/8 time then some time it becomes ready some time not. So we used to log off or restart the pc then the printer becomes ready. This is very painful job, every time doing all this thing is not acceptable from customers side.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue, any suggestion will be greatly apprecited.
