Shared folder invisible on common drive

I want to make a shared folder I’ve created on a mapped common drive that everyone has access to invisible to all but 2 users. I’ve already restricted access to those 2 users only, and hidden the folder, but it still shows up under everyones mapped drive as being there. I’ve tried sharing it by using $ at the end but still no luck. The folder is on a Win2K3 server and people are using XP Pro to access the shared drive where the folder is. How can I restrict all the other users from seeing this folder? Thanks..
