Shared Folders Access

I appear to be getting this error ” Not enough server storage is available to process this command” when I try and access my machine’s shared folders from any other machine on my network.
I have the latest service packs on all my machines.
All the macnies have XP Pro and Norton Internet Security loaded on the machines as well. I have checked the firewall on each PC and removed the rule to block file sharing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
