shared Office Calendar 2007 not updating

Hi.. have just setup windows 2003 server standard with IIS\Webdav.. 4 users shared calendars via outlook 2007.. all looks ok but the calendars are not updating.. we have waited 1 hour but new appointments and\or changes are not seen by others. If calendar is deleted and re-added then appointments appear ok.
