Shared Printer not printing on MS Excel only

Hello everyone.
We’ve a problem on the network. There’s the printer attached to the server and there’re 10 clients. Clients trying to print over this printer are unable to do so ONLY IN MS EXCEL. In fact, clients are unable to see the printer! However, there’re able to see it in MS powerpoint, word, etc… We’ve removed MS Office and installed again. The problem persists. No viruses were found! Spywares were removed! OS Server: Win NT 4.0, Clients: Win98/WinXP.
What’s the problem?
Please help me out.
