Sharepoint Services wont start

I installed Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0 SP1 (KB887624)on my SBS2003/Exchange. Now my MSSQL$SHAREPOINT service wont start and there is no connection to \\companyweb.
I am using MSDE not sql.
