SharePoint: There was an error encrypting or decrypting credentials.

Hi,

Good day forum.

I just upgraded to WSS3.0 and SharePoint System Server SP2. but still when i change account passwords of SharePoint i receive the error: There was an error encrypting or decrypting credentials.

also check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957691 but didn’t worked at all.

Hope somebody can help. Thanks.
