Shares set up

Hi
Just have a simple question I believe.
I need to set up a share for email archives pst files for all our users. Ideally I’d like users to create their own subfolders within the main share. They should have access to their respective subfolder only. I don’t mind if they can see all subfolders but they shouldn’t be able to open them.
Can you please advise what the best way to set up share and NTFS permissions on the main share folser to achieve this?
The OS is Windows 2003 which has file server role.
