Sharing a broadband connection between two organisations.

Where I work owns a 4-story building, we have the top floor and we let the other floors to different organisations.

One organistion has approached my organisation’s management and asked could they ‘link in’ (their word) to our Broadband and we would charge them a small fee. My management have said yes because it’s money coming in and we want to support these smaller groups.

There are network points in that room which connect to our patch panel, so that’s ok.

The group’s PCs run XP home, so they wouldn’t be joining our domain. This group is separate from us, they just want to share the broadband (our modem connects to the Firewall, and the Firewall connects to a switch which all our PCs are connected to).

Is there a way of making sure that they can share the Broadband, but not access anything else (e.g our Server) and if one of those PCs got a virus that it wouldn’t spread to our PCs? I was thinking of something like a VLAN?
