Sharing a Network Printer over 2 or more LANs

I have recently setup a small peer 2 peer network for a small business, which shares a premises with 2 other companies. All companies share the 1 DSL connection but are seperated into their own subnets, using dlink DI-524 routers (e.g. 192.168.1.0, 192.168.1.0, 192.168.2.0)
One company ha a Hi-Spec Network Printer that the other companies want to access.
Is it possible share that networked Printer over 2 + different subnets within the one building, without heavy investment. Any Ideas?
