Sharing a sub folder in Outlook 98?

Hello there,

Needing to know how to share a sub folder of say contacts. Scenerio if I share the
contacts folder and have created a new folder below contact. Then I give permissions to that person, but when I try to access it from the others computer, I only see the contacts folder. From here I cannot see the sub folder.
