Sharing a Terminal Service Session

Is it possible in a Windows 2000 advanced server and windows 2000 pro/xp pro environment to share a terminal services session with another user on the network, similar to how pc anywhere works? I want to be able to connect to a workstation and show a user how to do something via terminal services? Is that possible?
