Sharing Cdrive on 98 w/s logged onto NT4

Whilst trying to share a Cdrive on a 98 machine, I get ‘cannot view a list of user at this time ‘ error.
Logging on to NT domain etc
Tried all the obvious:-
File and printer sharing- installed, LM announce yes and No, deleting and reinstalling TC/IP and Netbui etc.
I am logging on as administrator, there are no policies inplace, and other machines on the network all work fine.
Any Ideas ??
