Ok, I am using Outlook 2003 with exchange server. I am a user that is creating a new contact list “Test” . In this contact list I have created people from the GAL and then created a distribution list in this section as well. Now in my contacts I have Contacts and Test. I right click and want to add 5 individual people as reviewer (or other suggestions?) to this list “Test” so they can email the people with the distribution list created…let’s call that “Tech Test” for the distribution list.
This is where I am stuck, I do not want users to be able to view my mail, my regular contact list, only the “Test” contact list. But when I add the 5 people as viewers the “test” does not show up in their contact section.
The other key element here is that this Distribution list is constantly changing. Additions and removals happen on a weeekly basis so the 5 other people would have to have the updated list upon any changes that were made.
Any clues…because I am stumped…I can get the distribution list to the 5 people, by emailing them the list, but any modifications
are not updated this way…so please help??
