Sharing internet resource under

Hello guys…Can u give me tips and guidelines on how to share a DSL connectiong using Xp and 2k AS .. i have a switch connected .. BUT I’m having a problem… both computers cannot go to the internet simultaneously…HElP!!!!!!!!!
