sharing of printer is not working in a winxp network environment

I have a printer which is connected with a server machine of network of xp client machines.Through server machine printer is printing but from client system it is not working.Everything is write like hardware, software,power of printer,policy,right but still it is not printing.Their in taskbar right click on print it shows red cross mark. Please tell me what is the exact problem.
