Sharing rights of a folder in windows 2003 server

I have a folder nest on one of my drive say E: I have shared the same with specific people. Now I have changed the security rights (everyone) to a limited rights. Then no one could see the files. I have changed it into full control but still cannot see the images or copy them….what should I do ??
