SHIT P2P

well i got a small network here as a workgroup connected with Internet connection (DSL)….well the speed of connection is 256k….well ma question is that i have a user here that he download so much that i can’t to open msn or any webpage…. so any method that i can close P2P programs therought the router software or somthing plz wanna it fast……thx
