Short term memory allocation Error?

First I am a student and we are installing Netware 5.1 on a P4 with: 256 MB, Removable Hard Drives, 3D graphics cards and sound cards (I Know not your typical Server but since Money is tight in Mississippi schools). However we are getting an error on install that says:

NMLD-2000A
short term memory allocation is out of memory 2 attempts to get memory failed.

I hope there is help out there for a struggling Novell student!
