?show window contents while dragging? setting does not stay

I have some HP DC7700 Slim PCs and have RIS’d them with a Windows XP Pro image. These PCs will not hold a setting in them for “show contents while dragging”, wallpaper or color settings. If you set the wallpaper, it will go back to a plain blue screen in about 1 minute. The same happens to the “contents dragging” setting. The checked box will uncheck itself in about a minute. I also have a couple DC 7700 Tower PCs that get the same image and are NOT having the same problem. Does anyone have an idea here?
