Simple Peer to Peer

I have a 4 computers all 98 second ed
I have a Peer to Peer setup.
one of the 98 computers can’t see anybody
The setting seem all the same.
All have the same protocols installed.
There getting the IP from the firewall DHCP
all three computers see each other except this one.
The workgroup is type in the same.
What am I missing?
