Hey there.
I have Site Server Commerce 3.0 w/ SP4 installed on an NT 4.0 SP6a box
with Internet Explorer 4.0 installed. Everything looks to be working ok as
long as I load the templates in the online store setup.
When I go to make a custom store, on step 14 after clicking finnish, I get
this error:

Server object error ‘ASP 0196 : 80040154’
Cannot launch out of process component
/eshop/manager/MSCS_CommerceSiteBuilderWizard/Finish_post.asp, line 292
Only InProc server components should be used. If you want to use LocalServer
components, you must set the AspAllowOutOfProcComponents metabase setting.
Please consult the help file for important considerations.
The funny thing is that I HAVE allowed out of process components in both
the Site Server and traget website. Why does this keep happening? Does
anyone have an answer that may help? Please email me if so and I will do
whatever possible to get this problem resolved.
