Siteminder and PIX firewalls

Any known compatibility issues with Siteminder and Cisco PIX firewalls? There is no documentation anywhere to suggest, but after narrowing down the root cause of latency going to our web apps this may be an area causing the issue.

Testing theaccess to our apps from inside the firewall using Siteminder is lightening fast; however, sitting just outside the firewall we get quite a slow down.

Any suggestions?
