Slow Access

We are running NT 4 on a Netbeui Protocal, with 10 desktops running 98 se2. The problem is that I have one machine that will take up to 5 mins to contact to the Access 2000 database. All other machines connect within a minute. We have trying connecting this first before the other machines connect and it is no difference in time.

Any suggestions would be great.
