Slow Login to Win2K Domain from XP Pro

I have now noticed a problem with my WinXP Pro computers, they are facing 60+ second delays after a password is entered in and it is ‘loading personal settings’. These are all freshly built XP Pro machines and fresh user accounts (small and local). The server is running win2k Advanced Server. I’m open to suggestions, please be specific.
