Slow mapped network drive connection

I have about 35 XP machines on my network. The server is 2003 SB. I have one that is brutaly slow with mapped network drives and everyone else including me is fine. I think I have narrowed it down to the client profile but still not sure and I came to this conclusion cause I can login to the system un Admin and mapped drive speed is fine. This person logs in with Power User rights like everyone else… what gives?
