Slow Network

I’ve got about 35-40 pc’s on a windows 2000 domain

We have a couple of 10/100 hubs and a 10/100 switch, in monitoring the switch we have found that the average packets per sec are 2,000 – 15,000. I’m wondering if any one else has had this problemand what they did to fix. Any info would be great.
