Slow Printing on a Network

Im having trouble with a PC running Windows Vista. Of a group of 15 PCs of same model one of them takes 10 – 15 min longer in printing documents and scanned images. Ive checked the spool service and it takes a long time loading the documents, longer than the other PCs. All the PCs and printer have fixed IPs. Any help would be appreciated.
