Slow printing via 10 Mbps print server in Windows 2003

Hello.

We recently upgraded our infrastructure from NT 4.0 to Windows Server 2003.

The main problem we are facing is that all our Planet 10 Mbps print servers that were working without problems under windows NT 4.0, now they have problems.

Actually, the print job is spooled from Windows XP to a Window Server 2003 and the Windows Server 2003 redirects the data to a Planet 10 Mbps print server. The job is printed very very slowly or not at all.

We are forced to install 100 Mbps print servers in order to resolve the issue.

Do you know any work around to such a problem?
