Slow restore with NW Agent for Arcserve

Here’s my Situation.

I Have Arcserve2000 sp2 installed on a W2K server to backup all my Windows Servers and all my Netware 4.11 & 5.1 Servers with the Netware Client Agent installed . When I backup up my Netware Server with TCP/IP, I average 250MB/min. When I am restoring, I average 6.8MB/min(????). If I restore with IPX, it’s 120MB/min (OK). Arcserve said something about Half-duplex, or Bad TCP NLM from Novell. I can’t take that as a solution.

Does anyone have an Idea, or ever use Nwagent?
