slow startup “windows server 2003 with sp2”

Hi all……!

Environment:
windows server 2003 with sp2.
i installed DNS.
after installing DNS it takes 15 minutes to start the windows.
it shows “configuring network connections ” for 10min.
what is the reason? how to start my system fast?
