Slow website images loads in terminal services enviroment.

I have a web server running windows 2003. The majory of our users are using terminal services on a Windows 2003 server.The website and images are stored on the same server. I browse our network for images/files then upload images for the website to an upload folder on the webserver then point to the image via the webpage content manager. When accessing our website via pc/laptop it loads fine, However when accessed the website via a rdp session the images load very slow, even to the point of hanging the loading of the webpage. Images on other websited accessed via rdp load fine. What steps do I need to take have website images load faster. www.elcentroinc.com.
