Small business server 2003-HELP

We are running SBS as our domain controller. SBS comes with a nice little wizard for adding users and computers to the domain. We were having issues with some group policies, so we moved the users and the computers out of the OU that the wizard placed them in, and placed them in our created OU’s. This worked without any issues,sort of. there was 1 group policy set before the move that we could not undo with out putting the sers and computers back into the proper OU. When we did this we restarted the server, now it has been sitting at the applying computer settings window for about 5 hours. Any ideas?
