small business server and windows vista networking problem

I have a server running samll business server 2000. I am trying to connect a new computer to the network that is running vista business. When i plug the vista computer in it finds a network and connects to the internet through that network but i cant see any other computers on the network so i can not use any network drives. Any help would be great.
